Spin Texas Support: Live Chat, Email and Complaints
Need to reach Spin Texas about a stuck withdrawal, a bonus dispute or a deposit limit? This guide lists only what the operator publishes on its own pages and what the Anjouan regulator says about complaints. Everything was read on 2 October 2026; where the operator says nothing, we say so.

The company behind the site is Green Champions Leader SRL (Costa Rica, registration 3-102-917157), licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202502014-FI1; payments are processed by Widoma Trading Co. Limited. Your contract and any dispute are with that company, not with a brand name or a mirror domain. The licence record is on our licence page, and the wider trust question is covered in is Spin Texas legit.
Spin Texas contact channels the operator publishes
The Contact Us page and the site footer name the channels below. These are the operator's own statements, not our measurement: we did not time chat or email replies, and the operator publishes no response time.
| Channel | What the operator states | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | "always happy to help you, everyday 24/7" | Contact Us |
| [email protected], "you can write to us 24/7" | Contact Us, footer | |
| Support languages | English, German, Spanish, Norwegian, Finnish | Contact Us |
| VIP players | "Dedicated VIP Account Manager" | VIP page |
| Phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, social media | Not published | — |
| Email response time | Not published | — |
One inconsistency: Contact Us promises live support "everyday 24/7", while About Us says the team helps "daily via live chat and 24/7 email support" without giving chat hours.
What to send support (and what never to send)
Our suggestion for a first message:
- the email address or username of the account and, if shown, the account ID;
- the date and approximate time of the deposit, bet, game round or withdrawal request;
- the amount, currency and payment method; for crypto, the network and the transaction hash;
- screenshots of the cashier, bonus page or game history with the date visible;
- one sentence on what you want: a payout, a correction, a bonus credited, a limit set, the account closed.
Keep every chat transcript and email: if the dispute reaches an ADR provider, that trail is your evidence. Never send your password or a one-time code. Verification documents belong in My Profile > Documents, not in a chat window. Withdrawal rules, including verification and the 72-hour processing statement, are in our withdrawal guide.
How to make a complaint to Spin Texas
Clause 25 of the terms sets a two-step internal route:
- Contact Customer Support about your complaint; it "will be escalated as necessary".
- If that does not settle it, ask for the matter to be "addressed by a manager or supervisor".
That is all the operator publishes. There is no dedicated complaints page or complaints email, no response deadline in its own terms and no named ADR provider on any page we checked (terms, FAQ, Contact Us, privacy policy).
Three more clauses from the same section:
- Time bars (25.1): no claim about bets is considered if raised more than 30 days after the original transaction; for games the limit is 12 weeks.
- Server result prevails (25.4): in a dispute over an outcome, "the result that appears on the game server will prevail".
- Fees for regulator complaints (25.6): the company "reserves the right to deduct administrative and transaction fees and any fees that the Company is obliged to pay to the competent authorities due to a customer's complaint to our regulators". In plain words, the terms allow the costs of a regulator complaint to be taken from your balance.
Bonus dispute? Check the rule first in our wagering guide and free spins guide; the operator's bonus terms say the English version prevails.
Complaint time limits at a glance
| Situation | Limit | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Claim about a bet | 30 days after the transaction | Operator terms 25.1 |
| Claim about a game | 12 weeks | Operator terms 25.1 |
| Game-outcome dispute via the seal | Within 14 calendar days of the session | Anjouan |
| Account dispute (payments, suspensions, bonuses) | Within 30 calendar days | Anjouan |
| Operator's reply to a seal complaint | 30 calendar days | Anjouan |
| Escalation to ADR | Only after the 30 days have passed | Anjouan |
For a disputed game round the Anjouan window of 14 days is far shorter than the operator's 12 weeks. Complain early.
The Anjouan route: seal, 30 days, then ADR
The Anjouan regulator says it "does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints" and that players should not contact it to resolve a dispute. Its Player Complaint Process works like this:
- Submit the complaint to the operator through the complaint function of the interactive Anjouan licence seal in the Spin Texas footer. The regulator warns that complaints sent through other channels may not be accepted.
- The operator must investigate and respond within 30 calendar days.
- If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. ADR participation is mandatory for licensed operators and "the operator bears the cost".
The Anjouan list of approved ADR providers named four on 2 October 2026: EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V. Axion and iGaming ADR state that no fees are charged to consumers. EGIS, iGaming ADR and CADRE accept complaints in the player's own language and Axion takes English only, yet the regulator's page says all complaints and ADR communications must be in English, so prepare an English version. EGIS refuses complaints filed more than 12 months after the operator said the matter could not be resolved.
The process excludes complaints escalated before the 30 days are up and complaints from players in excluded territories. The operator publishes three restricted-country lists that do not match (terms, FAQ and the registration block list); the UK and the US are on all three, Greece on two, Germany only in the terms. If you play from a listed country, this route may be closed to you, and the terms allow such accounts to be closed.
Responsible gaming requests go through support
Several protection tools run through support or email:
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly, set by contacting Customer Support. An increase or removal takes effect only after 24 hours; a decrease applies immediately.
- Time-out: blocks deposits, withdrawals and play. The periods are "found within Account Profile"; a time-out can be revoked only after 24 hours and ends automatically.
- Self-exclusion: requested only by email, followed by a 24-hour cooling-off period. Support then lists the available periods, with "no variations". If you do not reply within a further 24 hours, the account is reopened. It does not automatically cover other brands under the same licence.
Not published: the actual time-out and self-exclusion durations, loss limits, wager limits, session limits and reality checks. If you self-exclude, answer that follow-up email, because silence reopens the account. Help organisations and practical steps are on our responsible gambling page.
Fake Spin Texas support accounts
Because the operator publishes only live chat and one email address, any "Spin Texas support" on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or the phone is not a channel it lists. Our advice: ignore messages offering to "unlock" a withdrawal for a fee, never pay to release winnings outside the cashier, check that emails come from spintexas.com, and open the casino only through a checked address, as in our login guide.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Spintexas support email?
[email protected]. The operator says you can write to it 24/7 but publishes no response time.
Does Spin Texas have phone, WhatsApp or Telegram support?
No. As of 2 October 2026 the operator publishes only live chat and [email protected]; any phone, Telegram or WhatsApp "support" is not a channel it lists.
How do I file a complaint against Spintexas?
Contact support and ask for escalation to a manager or supervisor. If that fails, complain through the Anjouan licence seal; after 30 days without a solution you can go to an approved ADR provider at the operator's cost.
Is there a deadline for Spin Texas complaints?
Yes: 30 days for bets and 12 weeks for games under the operator's terms; under the Anjouan process, 14 days for game-outcome disputes and 30 days for account disputes.
