The Spin Texas licence: what the register actually says

A casino saying it is licensed and a licence appearing in a public register are two different things. The record below was read from the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register by searching the licence number, not copied from a review site, and re-checked on 27 September 2026 against the Vantegris License Index, a mirror of the official register (register data used under the CC BY 4.0 licence). On that date the entry was unchanged: status Valid, expiry 11 February 2027.

The platform’s own footer states the same thing, and adds one detail the register does not: payments are handled by Widoma Trading Co. Limited, company number HE 468781, registered at Lefkonos 22, 2nd floor, Strovolos 2064, Nicosia, Cyprus. That matters because the entity that appears on your bank or card statement is not the same one that holds the gaming licence.

How to verify the licence yourself

You do not have to take this page on trust; the check takes two minutes. Open the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s “Verify a Licence” page in its Public Register. The search box accepts a licence number, a company name or a domain. The result shows the company, the status, the number and type, the issue and expiry dates, and every domain the licence covers.

Two things are worth noticing while you are there. The status must read Valid and the expiry date must still be ahead — suspended and expired licences stay visible in the register too. And the register lists spintexas.com, the root domain, rather than the numbered address the site actually runs on, which is the next point.

Why the address is numbered, and how to check a mirror

Typing the plain domain does not land you on the casino: spintexas.com answers with a redirect to a numbered address. That address was spintexas5.com on 20 August 2026 and was still spintexas5.com on 2 October 2026. When a number is blocked the operator moves to the next one. The brand, the company and the licence stay the same.

This is where the register has a limit worth knowing: it lists the root domain, not the mirrors, so you cannot look up “spintexas5.com” and expect a hit. The check that does work is the footer. The number in the address changes; the licence number and the company name do not. Scroll to the bottom of whatever address you land on and look for Green Champions Leader SRL and ALSI-202502014-FI1. The site also carries a regulator’s verification seal in the footer. A genuine seal is clickable and passes the current domain to the regulator’s verification address as a parameter — on the live site it does exactly that for spintexas5.com. A seal that is only a picture is a copy-site marker.

• Are the company name and licence number in the footer? If not, close the page.

The same licence covers 41 domains

The register entry is not about a single site: on 27 September 2026 licence ALSI-202502014-FI1 listed 41 domains, up from 38 in August 2026, and spintexas.com is one of them. Others include wettson.com, kaleocasino.com, gladiatorsbet.com, campeonbet.io, cratosslot.io, spinnycasino.com, treasurespins58.com, casinoist.com, lolocasino.com, zuluspins.com, fortunefox.io and nearly thirty more.

Two practical consequences follow. First, the legal entity behind those brands is the same: in a dispute your counterparty is Green Champions Leader SRL regardless of which address you registered through. Second, when you meet an unfamiliar casino name you can search the register and see whether it belongs to the same group — which also tells you a self-exclusion request may need to name more than one site. The operator’s terms say as much: self-excluding on one site does not automatically exclude you from other brands under the same licence.

What an Anjouan b2c licence gives you, and what it does not

The licence type here is b2c — the operator is authorised to offer games directly to players, rather than only to supply software to other operators. It means a registered company, a registered address, a declared payment provider and a complaint route set by the regulator. How to complain under the Anjouan licence

The Anjouan Gaming Authority states that it “does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints”. Its Player Complaint Process sets out two steps instead.

• Step 1, the operator. Submit the complaint through the complaint function of the operator’s interactive licence seal — on this site, the Anjouan seal in the spintexas5.com footer. Operators must investigate and respond within 30 calendar days. Game-outcome disputes must be raised within 14 calendar days of the session; account disputes (payments, suspensions, bonuses) within 30 calendar days.
• Step 2, an approved ADR provider. If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate it to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. ADR participation is mandatory for licensed operators, and the operator bears the cost. Escalations made before the 30 days are up are not accepted.
• Language and territory. The regulator’s page says all complaints and ADR communications must be in English, and complaints from players in excluded territories are not accepted.

The regulator’s list of approved ADR providers names four: EGIS ADR (EGIS – FZCO, Dubai), Axion ADR (Axion Resolution Ltd, Nevis), iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V. (Willemstad, Curaçao). Axion and iGaming ADR state that they charge consumers no fees. EGIS, iGaming ADR and CADRE say they accept complaints in the player’s own language, while Axion requires English — which does not quite match the regulator’s English-only rule. EGIS will not take a complaint filed more than 12 months after the operator told the player the matter could not be resolved.

The operator’s own terms (clause 25, last updated March 2025) describe an older, looser process: contact Customer Support first, then ask for a manager or supervisor. They name no ADR provider and set no response deadline. They do set time bars — 30 days from the transaction for bets, 12 weeks for games — and reserve the right to deduct administrative and transaction fees, and fees the operator has to pay the authorities, when a customer complains to a regulator. Who the terms exclude: three lists that do not match

The operator publishes three different restricted-country lists. Clause 2.5.4 of the terms names Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. The FAQ names only the United Kingdom, the USA and Greece. The registration settings embedded in the site block Austria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Turkey and the USA.

Only the United Kingdom and the USA appear on all three. Germany is on the terms list only; France is on the terms list and the registration block list. A sign-up form that lets you through therefore does not mean the terms allow you to play: under the terms, accounts opened from a restricted country can be closed and winnings withheld. Check the current terms for your country before registering — and note that the regulator’s complaint route does not accept complaints from excluded territories either.

Verification, and why it comes before the bonus
