Is Spin Texas Legit? Licence, Operator and Real Risks

Search for “is Spin Texas legit” and you mostly find star ratings. This page does something narrower: it lists what you can check for yourself — the company, the licence record, the payment processor, the complaint route — and the published rules that can cost a player money. Every fact was checked on 2 October 2026.

Spin Texas licence check: operator, Anjouan register record and payout caps

Short answer: Spin Texas is a licensed operation, not an anonymous site. A named company holds a licence that appears in a public register as valid until 11 February 2027. “Legit” in that sense does not mean low-risk: the licence is from Anjouan, the terms contain withdrawal and win caps that matter, and some of the operator’s own documents contradict each other.

On 2 October 2026 the footer of spintexas5.com named the same company, registration number, licence and payment processor. Widoma, not the licence holder, is the name that may appear on a payment statement. The full register entry is on our licensing page.

How to check the licence yourself

  1. Open the Anjouan Gaming Authority website (anjouangaming.com) and go to Public Register → “Verify a Licence”.
  2. Search for ALSI-202502014-FI1 or Green Champions Leader SRL.
  3. Check that the status reads Valid and that the expiry date is still ahead — suspended and expired licences stay visible too.
  4. On the casino page itself, scroll to the footer: the company name and licence number must match, and the regulator seal should be clickable rather than a flat image.

The register records the root domain, spintexas.com, not numbered mirrors such as spintexas5.com; a mirror is verified by its footer. If a page you reached through a “login” link does not show those two details, do not type your password into it — our Spin Texas login guide covers mirrors in more detail.

One licence, 41 domains

The register entry for ALSI-202502014-FI1, as mirrored by the Vantegris License Index on 27 September 2026, lists 41 domains — up from 38 in August. spintexas.com is one of them; others include spinnycasino.com, treasurespins58.com and zuluspins.com.

Two practical consequences follow. Whichever of those brands you sign up with, your counterparty in a dispute is the same company. And self-exclusion does not travel: clause 8.4 of the terms says that excluding yourself here does not automatically exclude you from other sites operating under the same licence. If you are stepping away, contact each brand separately.

What the Anjouan licence gives you — and what it does not

It gives you a registered company, a declared payment processor and a regulator whose complaint policy obliges licensees to use alternative dispute resolution — a concrete difference from an unlicensed site.

But do not expect the mandatory segregation of player funds, independent adjudication or advertising scrutiny that come with Malta or UK regulation. The regulator says so itself: “The Authority does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints.”

The complaint route if something goes wrong

  1. The operator first. The terms (clauses 25.2–25.3) say to contact customer support and, if that fails, ask for the matter to be handled by a manager or supervisor. The operator’s own pages give no response deadline and name no dispute-resolution provider.
  2. The regulator’s rules. Anjouan’s complaint policy tells players to complain to the operator through the complaint function in the operator’s site seal. Operators must investigate and respond within 30 calendar days. Game-outcome disputes must be raised within 14 days of the session; account disputes (payments, suspensions, bonuses) within 30 days.
  3. Independent ADR. If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you can escalate to an approved ADR provider: EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE. Participation is mandatory for licensed operators and the operator bears the cost; Axion and iGaming ADR state that they charge consumers no fees.

All complaint and ADR communication with the regulator is in English, and players from excluded territories are outside the process. The operator’s terms also refuse claims on bets raised more than 30 days after the transaction (games: 12 weeks), and clause 25.6 reserves the right to deduct administrative and transaction fees, including fees the operator has to pay because of a customer’s complaint to the regulator. Keep screenshots and transaction IDs from day one; see also our Spin Texas support guide.

Published rules that are real risk factors

None of these is hidden, and they are why a licensed casino can still pay out less than a player expects.

RuleWhat the operator publishesSource
Win cap on deposit bonusesLinked to the bonus size: 200%+ → 3× the deposit; 150–199% → 6×; 120–149% → 8×; 100–119% → 10×; 25–99% → 12×. Anything above is forfeited.Bonus terms D.1.2
Free spins and free betsWinnings capped at €100 unless stated otherwise (free bets: €100 or 3× the free bet, whichever comes first)Bonus terms E.1.10, F.1.5
Never depositedPlayers with no deposit since registration: cap of €25Bonus terms C.1.1, E.1.10, F.1.5
Withdrawal ceiling€5,000 per day and €25,000 per calendar month; the excess stays in the account for laterTerms 63.1
Large winsWins above €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalmentsTerms 63.1
Single depositA player with one deposit can cash out at most 15× that deposit; further winnings are removedTerms 63.2
VerificationMandatory once deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000; account frozen if not verified within 30 days of the request; a document request cancels pending withdrawalsTerms 56.10.1–56.10.2
Complaint feesRight to deduct fees connected with complaints to regulatorsTerms 25.6

One point in the player’s favour: progressive jackpot wins “will be paid in full” (terms 63.3), outside the instalment rule. The payout side is explained step by step in our Spin Texas withdrawal guide, and the bonus caps on our bonuses page.

Where the operator’s documents contradict each other

  • Deposit turnover before a withdrawal: clause 63.4 says every deposit must be wagered at least three times; clause 62.9 on the same page says 100% of the deposit at minimum odds of 1.50.
  • Wagering: the general terms (58.3.4) give x45 for casino bonuses and x20 for free spins; the newer bonus terms set free-spin winnings at 35x, and the welcome offer states its own 30x. See Spin Texas wagering explained.
  • No-deposit bonuses: x1 in the general terms (58.3.8), x3 in the bonus terms (1.4).

The bonus terms say they prevail over the general terms in a conflict. Screenshot the version you accepted anyway.

Three restricted-country lists that do not match

Clause 2.5.4 of the terms excludes Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. The FAQ names only the United Kingdom, the USA and Greece. The registration block list has 16 countries — Greece and Italy among them, Germany not. Only the UK and the US appear on all three. If your country is on any of the lists, treat it as excluded: the terms let the operator close accounts from restricted countries and withhold winnings, and a sign-up form that accepts you does not change that. Finland and Poland appear on none of the lists. Our terms overview is a summary; the operator’s own documents are what count.

Here is how to decide

No score here: a number would hide which of these rules affect you.

  • Check your country against all three restricted lists. If it appears on any, stop there.
  • Decide whether you want a bonus at all. If you do, read the win cap for that bonus percentage before you deposit — free-spin rules carry their own caps.
  • Verify your account early. Bonuses go only to fully verified players, and verification later can cancel a pending withdrawal.
  • If a €5,000 daily limit or a 15× single-deposit cap would bite, that is a reason to play elsewhere, not a detail.

Frequently asked questions

Is Spin Texas legit?

It is licensed: Green Champions Leader SRL holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202502014-FI1, shown as valid in the public register until 11 February 2027. Whether it suits you depends on its published caps and terms, not on the licence alone.

Is Spin Texas a scam?

Nothing in the documents we checked points to an unlicensed or anonymous operation: the company, licence and payment processor are named and verifiable. The risks are written rules — withdrawal ceilings, win caps, verification freezes — that apply to every player.

Who owns Spin Texas?

Green Champions Leader SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-917157. Payments are processed by Widoma Trading Co. Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Can I complain to the Anjouan regulator?

The regulator does not decide complaints itself. You complain to the operator first; if it is not resolved within 30 days, you can escalate to an approved ADR provider (EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE) at the operator’s cost.

Which countries cannot play at Spin Texas?

The operator publishes three lists that differ. Only the UK and the US are on all three; the terms also exclude, among others, Germany, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia.
