Responsible Gambling at Spin Texas: Limits and Help
18+ only. Last checked: 2 October 2026
Gambling is paid entertainment, not a way to earn money. Every casino game has a built-in house edge, so the longer you play, the more likely you are to end up behind. Only stake money you can afford to lose, the same way you would pay for a night out. Do not use money meant for rent, bills or debts. You must be 18 or older, and above the legal gambling age where you live.
Tools the operator publishes
The details below come from the Spin Texas Responsible Gaming policy and Terms and Conditions (sections 4, 5 and 8.4). We read both on 2 October 2026.
- Deposit limits. You can set daily, weekly and monthly limits. The Responsible Gaming page says you set them by contacting Customer Support. Section 4.2 of the Terms describes limits in your account settings. You can lower a limit at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit only takes effect after 24 hours.
- Time-out. A time-out blocks deposits, withdrawals and play. The operator says the available periods are listed in your Account Profile. You cannot cancel a time-out until 24 hours have passed, and the account reopens automatically when the period ends.
- Self-exclusion. You can request it only by email (the Contact page gives [email protected]). A 24-hour cooling-off period comes first. Support then tells you which exclusion periods are available, and you cannot ask for a custom period. If you do not reply within a further 24 hours, the account is reopened. When the exclusion ends, the account reactivates automatically.
- Other brands. Section 8.4 of the Terms says that self-excluding here does not automatically exclude you from other sites operating under the same licence. When we checked the Anjouan register on 27 September 2026, it listed 41 domains under this licence (see our licensing page).
Not published: how long a time-out or self-exclusion lasts, loss limits, wagering limits, session or time limits, and reality-check reminders. We found none of these on the operator's pages. If you need them, ask support before you deposit.
Warning signs
- You spend more money or time than you planned, or keep raising your stakes to get the same excitement.
- You chase losses by betting again to win back what you have lost.
- You borrow money, sell things or skip bills to gamble.
- You hide your gambling from family or friends, or lie about how much you spend.
- You feel restless, irritable or low when you try to cut down.
- Gambling crowds out sleep, work, study or time with people close to you.
- You gamble to escape stress, boredom or other problems.
If any of these sound familiar, take a break now. Set a deposit limit or request self-exclusion, and talk to someone.
Where to get help
- GamCare: National Gambling Helpline (UK). Call 0808 8020 133. The line is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Advisers also answer on live chat and WhatsApp. gamcare.org.uk
- Gamblers Anonymous (England, Wales and Ulster). These are free mutual-support meetings, and you do not need an appointment. You can find a meeting on the website or call 0330 094 0322. gamblersanonymous.org.uk
If you live outside the UK, look for the national gambling helpline in your country. Your doctor can also refer you to support.
Blocking software
- BetBlocker is free software from a registered Scottish charity. It blocks gambling websites and apps on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS, and you can schedule blocks in advance. betblocker.org
- Gamban is a paid blocker that runs on all major device platforms, with one licence covering all your devices. It starts with a 7-day free trial. gamban.com
A blocker works best alongside the operator's self-exclusion, because a self-exclusion here does not cover the other sites under the same licence.
Note: the United Kingdom is on all three of the operator's restricted-country lists, so UK residents are excluded by its own terms. The UK services above still help anyone in the UK, whichever site they gambled on.
